The role of a quality manager is not an easy one. She/he daily has to deal with the contradictory expectations of different group of people: top managers, operation managers, project managers, team leaders and shop floor operators. She/he is often confronted to and must cope with the different mindsets within the Suppy Chain.
Quality Managers are very often "firefighting" all day long.
We are passionated Quality Managers and we want to assist our colleagues in their daily job. We are convinced that prevention is better than correction. My name is Isabelle Chéri and I am the CEO and one of the founding members of QUALITY CHEQ GmbH. The company has been founded in 2017.

I am a passionated Quality Expert. Next to more than 30 years of working experience in different industries (Food and Beverage, Aerospace, Defence, etc.) and in different positions within the Supply Chain, I have put a lot of efforts in getting various well-known certifications (see references bellow). Such as for an ISO-certification, some of these certifications must be renewed at the end of a three-years or five-years cycle. This is a guarantee for the customers of QUALITY CHEQ GmbH that the different areas of expertise are continuously monitored and validated by an impartial third-party. And I pay great attention to strictly follow the requirements of the various Code of conduct of those certification bodies.
